2. The tin can labeling machine automatically labels the sealed tin cans as they enter the equipment in sequence.

3. This machine can be used either individually or in series; it is divided into two models: ENKG-01 (small cans) and ENKGD-01 (large cans), which are convenient for packaging and storage.

4. This equipment is simple and easy to operate, and it is convenient to adjust for various can types. It can significantly reduce labor and lower labor intensity, improving the production line management level of the enterprise.

a) Made of stainless steel, aluminum alloy, engineering plastics and carbon steel, it complies with national standards.

b) It has a small footprint, simplifies the pre-labeling conveying system, and reduces the investment cost of the entire line equipment.

c) The labeling is provided by servo electric cylinders which are precise and stable. It is equipped with two sets of labeling mechanisms allowing for alternate labeling without stopping the machine (this function is not supported for labels narrower than 35mm).

d) The end for supplying glue is controlled by an optical sensor. It supplies glue when there is a bottle and does not supply glue when there is no bottle.

e) The operation of changing bottle types is simple and the number of replacement parts is small.

f) The servo electric cylinder motor is of the HuiChuan brand with reliable quality and performance capable of meeting high-intensity and long-term working requirements.

g) The internal tracks of the machine that come into contact with the materials use high-molecular wear-resistant strips significantly reducing the wear of the bottle body.

h) For two-piece bottles an additional glue point is added making the label bonding more secure. i) Only the ends of the label are coated with glue resulting in less glue usage and lower labeling costs. j) 95% of the electrical components are from well-known brands with stable and efficient performance significantly reducing manpower. The noise is low with a noise level of below 75db meeting international standards.
